Deel is a developer of a payroll platform used to re-imagine payouts for businesses working with remote contractors. The platform is used by remote teams that connect localized compliance and automates payments in one system of record, as well as provides contracts and templates to be used for tax forms and localized contracts, automated payment, invoicing and receipts, and customer support. It aims to offer every company that hires remote talents a one-stop-shop that makes onboarding, global compliance, and payments easier.

We're excited about Deel's rapid growth, they started 2021 with a $4 million ARR, and recently Deel shared that in less than a year, they have crossed the $100 million ARR threshold. According to the Bessemer chart showing historical examples of startups rapidly scaling to $100 million ARR over a short time, Deel made it to the number 1 spot on the list.
